Last Updated: April 17, 2026 PacificaLens (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”) is committed to protecting your privacy. Unlike traditional financial platforms, we operate on a Privacy-First, Web3-Native basis. We do not collect names, email addresses, or physical identities. This policy explains what data we process and how we handle it. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU CONSENT TO THE DATA PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS POLICY.

1. DATA COLLECTION (WHAT WE COLLECT)

We strive to minimize data collection. Most interactions are handled directly by your browser or the Solana blockchain.
  • Public Blockchain Data: We process public Solana wallet addresses to display your portfolio, trade history, and open positions. This data is already public on the blockchain.
  • User-Generated Content: Any location pins you drop on the interactive 3D Globe are stored in our Supabase database. These pins are public and visible to all users.
  • AI Queries: Questions asked to the AI Assistant are processed through third-party APIs (Groq and Elfa AI). Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in these queries.
  • Technical Logs: We may collect basic, non-identifiable technical data (browser version, error logs, and device type) via Vercel Analytics to ensure platform stability.

2. LOCAL DATA STORAGE (AGENT KEYS & SETTINGS)

We use your browser’s Local Storage to provide a seamless trading experience.
  • Agent Keys: Your trading delegation keys are stored exclusively on your local device. We never transmit these keys to our servers.
  • UI Preferences: Your theme (dark/light), starred “AlphaBoard” traders, and onboarding progress are saved locally to your browser.
  • Price Alerts: Alerts you set are stored in your local browser storage.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the minimal data collected for the following purposes:
  • To facilitate non-custodial trading through the Pacifica.fi protocol.
  • To rank traders in our “AlphaBoard” based on public on-chain performance.
  • To provide real-time AI-driven market analysis.
  • To display global user activity on the 3D Globe.

4. THIRD-PARTY DATA PROCESSORS

To provide the features of PacificaLens, we interact with the following third-party services:
  • Privy: Handles wallet authentication and embedded wallet services.
  • Pacifica.fi** API:** Used for market data, order placement, and account syncing.
  • Supabase: Used to store and display Globe pins.
  • Elfa AI: Used to process and answer your AI Assistant queries.
  • Render.com: Hosts our background worker for real-time liquidation monitoring.
These third parties have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

5. DATA SECURITY

Because we do not store your private keys or seed phrases, we cannot “lose” your funds. However, you are responsible for the security of your own device. If your browser’s local storage is compromised or cleared, your Agent Keys and local settings will be lost.

6. “DO NOT TRACK” AND COOKIES

PacificaLens does not use intrusive tracking cookies or sell your data to third-party advertisers. We use essential local storage items necessary for the Platform’s functionality (like authentication and trading state).

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

8. CONTACT & RIGHTS

As a decentralized platform user, your primary control over your data is:
  1. Disconnecting your wallet via the Privy interface.
  2. Clearing your browser cache/local storage to remove all locally stored settings and keys.
Privacy is not an option; it’s the default. We don’t want your data; we want to give you better tools.
